Rom is the founder of NAVA MGMT; A consultancy & Concierge focused on soulful structure, smart support, and intentional leadership.

Rom blends over a decade of hands-on experience across operation, management, marketing in creative industries in the U.S. and Israel. Making her guidance grounded, practical, and deeply human.

Her approach goes beyond traditional consultancy, combining clear, effective systems with personal alignment and energy awareness, so every move feels intentional and empowering.

With a BA in Psychology and Business, Rom supports both the structure and smart strategy of your work, fostering clear deadlines, measurable ROIs, and actionable KPIs. Currently pursuing her MBA in Marketing and Financial Management and holding Level 2 Reiki certification, Rom brings a unique balance of momentum, leadership, and sales growth across every level of your business.
